Wolves on Isle Royale: Case Study

Isle Royale is home to the world’s longest continuous study of predator- prey relationships. This learner-paced curriculum uses real data through an interrupted case study model to bring learners into the decision making process of whether or not to introduce additional wolves to the island ecosystem and what the potential impacts will be if they do, or do not.
An optional synchronous meeting with Detroit Zoo Education staff can be scheduled to provide learners an opportunity to ask questions and reflect on their learning experience.

MS-LS2-5, HS-LS2-1, HS-LS4-5, HS-ESS3-3, HS-ETS1-3

$125 for the optional, synchronous “Meet an Expert”
